(WKOW) — Flash flood warning including Watertown, Marshall, and Waterloo will expire at 12:15 p.m. Friday.

Moderate to heavy rain has been coming down for many parts of the area since early this morning creating sick and wet roads and also high waters in some parts. 

Also, attached are radar indicated rain totals in the past 24 hours, as of 9:38 a.m. Friday. Please allow your self-extra time today and also be extra cautious on the roads today. Happy Friday!
