Madison police continue to look for man who robbed an ATM technician

MADISON (WKOW) — Madison police have released an ATM photo of the man believed to have held up an ATM technician who was working on this same cash machine on Tuesday.

The hold-up occurred around 6:15 a.m. at the U-W Credit Union, 4101 Commercial Ave. on Madison East side.

The armed ATM technician was held up while servicing the machine outside the Credit Union.

The robber took some of the ATM cash and the technicians duty belt which included his handgun.

The robber is described as a male, black, 5’9”, 120 pounds, in his early 20’s, wearing dark hoodie over light colored knit hat, gray athletic pants.

These are surveillance images of the robber who detectives are seeking to identity.
