SOMETHING ROTTEN! takes the stage at the Overture

MADISON (WKOW) — The Broadway musical SOMETHING ROTTEN! is in Madison at the Overture Center. Two of the stars of the show stopped by the 27 News studio for an exclusive interview.

The musical tells the story of two brothers who are trying to write the next hit play. Throughout the show they learn their key to stage success includes singing, dancing and acting at the same time.

Matthew Janisse, who plays Nick Bottom, says there are lots of laughs each night.

SOMETHING ROTTEN! runs through Sunday, Oct. 14.
