MADISON (WKOW) — Fitchburg police have arrested a man in connection with a porch-pirate theft case last month in Madison.

Tremaine Williams, 34, Madison, also is a person of interest in other crimes being investigated by the MPD.

A home surveillance camera recorded an image Nov. 27 of a man who stole several packages from a Pelham Rd. residence.

They had been delivered a short time prior to the crime.

The MPD’s crime prevention officer has recently been posting a number of tips regarding “porch pirates” as this is the season when some start working neighborhoods.
