MADISON (WKOW) — After years of splitting time between Madison and Paris, a local man is sharing an easy Parisian recipe to add some culture to your dinner table.

David Benjamin stopped by the studio on Tuesday to talk to the Wake Up Wisconsin team. He brought along “Junko’s Perfect Parisian Salad Dressing.”

1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, pepper (freshly ground)
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Dill (handful less than a teaspoon)
Tarragon (just a pinch)

Benjamin said the key is to add the olive oil after all of the other ingredients are mixed.

He is also an author who has several books ranging in topics and locations. Summer of ’68 is set in Madison, while Skulduggery in the Latin Quarter is based in Paris.
