WISCONSIN DELLS (WKOW) — Two interactive events in Wisconsin Dells is aimed at helping kids understand the negative impact of bullying.

Natalie Campbell from Crystal Grand Music Theatre stopped by Wake Up Wisconsin on Wednesday to talk about “Standing Strong: Piece by Peace.”

On Wednesday morning, students from across southern Wisconsin will gather at the Crystal Grand to take part in the anti-bullying event. It will feature motivational speakers Jess Kayhart and former professional wrestler Marc Mero.

Campbell says the event is meant “to help kids understand their impact on society and the piece they play in having a positive, peaceful impact towards others-mentally, physically, and socially.”

Following Wednesday morning’s event, there will be a free session at 7 p.m. Campbell says this session is to help parents and members of the community understand what happens at school, and how they can also play a positive part.
