MADISON (WKOW) — Are you ready to kick it into high-gear to fit into your summer wardrobe? It’s “Get Fit for Summer” week on Wake Up Wisconsin!
Starting April 15, the Wake Up Wisconsin team is learning about different workout routines, in an effort to find something that works for everyone.
From boxing to pilates, instructors will be visiting the studio to share their expertise.
At the end of the week, the Wake Up crew will reveal the fitness goals they hope to achieve before the start of summer.
