MADISON (WKOW) — A local healthcare consulting firm is giving back to the community they serve this week.

All week long, “Nordic” will be making visits to 8 Madison area non-profits. Their first stop was on Monday at the Oakwood Village Retirement Community. Nordic employees spent the afternoon gardening with residents.

“Coming to the Madison area is always a pleasure because folks here are truly are different,” said Bruce Cerullo, CEO of Nordic. “Our Midwest Nice is bone deep and it’s great to be in a city and a community where we get to see folks not just Nordic folks but all around this city making a difference.”

Nordic employees will also help sort and label food at Second Harvest Food Bank and set-up the Tri 4 Schools Triathlon at Waunakee High School.
