Armed suspect threatens man in Madison

MADISON (WKOW) — A man was threatened by another man with a gun in a parking lot on Friday in Madison.

A 26-year-old man driving north on Zeier Road around 4:00 p.m. was cut off by a man in his twenties pulling out of a parking lot, according to Madison Police Chief Koval’s Blog.

The 26-year-old man says that when he passed the other vehicle he looked over to see the other man pointing a handgun at him.

According to Koval’s blog, the man in his twenties followed the 26-year-old man into a parking lot where he pointed the gun at the 26-year-old man and threatened him before driving away.

Madison police attempted to contact the man with the firearm without success.

The investigation is ongoing.
