Superheros fight childhood cancer

MIDDLETON (WKOW) — Superheroes in Middleton took some time away from fighting crime to help raise money for a good cause.

Saturday was the Superhero Run at Keva Sports Center.

It helps raise money for the Badger Childhood Cancer Network, which provides support and services for children who need cancer treatment.

Both Superman and Batman stopped by the race to cheer on the runners.

Childhood cancer is the number one disease killer of children in the U.S.

The Superhero Run has been going on for 13 years.
