Police: Man arrested after threatening Festival Foods employee, urinating on building

MADISON (WKOW) — Police say a man was arrested at Festival Foods Friday afternoon after he threatened an employee and urinated on the building.

According to Police Chief Mike Koval, officers arrived at the store on 810 E. Washington Ave. around 2:30 p.m. in response to a subject who had been banned from the store.

Officials say when an employee tried to escort the man out, he yelled obscenities and threatened her.

The suspect then urinated on the outside wall of the store and continued to create a disturbance.

Authorities say he was arrested for depositing human waste, disorderly conduct and outstanding warrants.
