Capital City Sunday: Randy Bryce & Gov. Tommy Thompson

MADISON (WKOW) — 1st Congressional District Democratic candidate Ryan Bryce, who is aiming to fill retiring House Speaker Paul Ryan’s seat, defends his history of missing child support payments.

Also, his ex-wife is defending Bryce after a Republican Super PAC aired an ad calling him a “deadbeat.”

Bryce also discusses his plan to protect those with preexisting conditions and talks about his campaign receiving national endorsements.

Plus, Tommy Thompson – the longest-serving Governor of Wisconsin – is back on the campaign trail, but this time he’s stumping for Scott Walker.

Thompson weighs in on why President Trump’s advisers are trying to persuade him to not campaign in Wisconsin for Walker, reportedly because they believe he may lose to Democrat opponent Tony Evers.
