Spector also examines the outlook for the 2020 presidential elections for Democrats.

Plus, a non-profit group The Alliance, is improving health care affordability through innovation. CEO Cheryl DeMars is testifying before the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) this week to talk about how their model is aiming to reduce health care costs.
