CUDAHY (WISN) — The generosity just continues to pour out of Jennifer Clark, the beloved woman behind Jen’s Sweet Treats.

Clark says 100 percent of Feb. 12 sales at her shop in Cudahy will be donated to the family of Officer Matthew Rittner.

Ritter died at Froedtert Hospital on Wednesday morning as he and other tactical officers moved in on a man wanted in connection with the illegal sale of firearms and drugs.

Clark also held a fundraiser last year when Officer Michael Michalski passed away and she’s created Easter baskets for hospitalized children and raised and donated $20,000 for the Honor Flight Program over the past three years.

“I just said to someone the other day, these fundraisers have to end but, but they wont until the violence stops and until then, anytime something like this happens this is what I’ll do,” Clark said.

Jen’s Sweet Treats will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday.
