MADISON (WKOW) — As President Trump visits the U.S. – Mexico border last week, he continues to press Congress for money to build a border wall. Senator Ron Johnson says the county is on track to arrest the highest number of illegal border crossers since 2006. Johnson calls the situation a “crisis” and said it’s now on Congress to find a solution.
Sen. Johnson also worries about ballot tampering regarding a possible recount in the Supreme Court election between Brain Hagedorn and Lisa Neubauer.
“My concern is that someone comes up with 10,000 more ballots,” said Johnson. “(If) she wants to waste money on a recount I’d be really surprised if it overturned the election.”
