Packers fire associate head coach Winston Moss

GREEN BAY (WKOW) — The Packers have fired associate head coach/linebackers coach Winston Moss. Interim head coach Joe Philbin announcing the move late Tuesday night.

“We thank Winston for his contributions to the Packers over the past 13 years,” said Philbin. “We hope for the best for Winston and his family moving forward.”

Winston spent 13 seasons with the Packers as an assistant. He voiced frustration on Twitter earlier in the day on Tuesday.

Later in the night, Moss suggested his post on Twitter had led to his dismissal.
