The Badgers will host their first home game of the season at Camp Randall on Saturday.  But, they’ll do so without a few starters.

Nose tackle Bryson Williams, outside linebacker Izayah Green-May, safety Scott Nelson and offensive tackle Logan Bruss are were all listed as “out” on the Badgers’ injury report for Saturday’s match-up against Central Michigan.

In Williams’ absense, freshman and Janesville Craig grad Keeanu Benton will see more time, after making his collegiate debut last Friday.

“I’ve liked what [Benton’s] done and we like what he’s been doing,” said coach Paul Chryst after Thursday’s practice. “So, certainly, him along with really other d-linemen are really going to have to pick up the slack.”

Wisconsin kicks off against Central Michigan on Saturday at 2:30pm.
