Badgers women’s hockey picked to win WCHA

MADISON (WKOW) — The Badgers women’s hockey team has been picked as the favorite to win the WCHA title this upcoming season in the annual preseason coaches’ poll. The defending NCAA champions edged rival Minnesota for the top spot.

Wisconsin’s Abby Roque was tabbed as the preseason co-player of the year in the conference.
