MADISON (WKOW) — In a pair of tweets Tuesday, Donald Driver and his son Cristian celebrated what they say was an offer from the University of Wisconsin Madison.

The younger Driver, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, is currently a sophomore at Liberty Christian School in Argyle, Texas where he plays safety.
The offer from Wisconsin is just one of many Cristian has received in the last several months. Other suitors include the universities of Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas and Colorado among others. Cristian has not indicated which, if any, he prefers.
My man @cristian_driver has finally received a offer from his hometown. Remember this as we continue to chase our dreams: “Climb the mountain so you can see the world, not so the world can see you.” @donald_driver80 @driven_elite #WisconsinLove @lammi_sports pic.twitter.com/EJBRuuGSuG

Donald played for the Green Bay Packers as a wide receiver between 1999 and 2012 where he racked up over 10,000 offensive yards and endeared himself to the team’s home state. The Wisconsin love, from the University at least, appears to extend to his son as well.
