MADISON (WKOW) – A strong winter storm just barely clipped our southernmost row of counties closest to Illinois.

TONIGHT
Light snow will end for our IL/WI bordering communities this evening. Otherwise, expect mostly cloudy conditions and temps in the mid 20s. Wind chills will dip to the teens.

SUNDAY
Expect mostly cloudy skies to start off Sunday with increasing sunshine midday and through the afternoon. Highs will be similar to Saturday, only around 30°.

Though with the added sunshine and lack of a breeze, it will likely be more comfortable than the start of the weekend.
