MADISON (WKOW) – After a soggy and relatively cool weekend, temps fall even further before rebounding.
Expect chilly conditions early this morning with temps near 40° and a brisk NW breeze at 10-15 mph. This will drop wind chills into the low-mid 30s!
Temps only manger the upper 50s this afternoon, but we’ll see some sunshine through the day and the winds should ease up a bit.
Another system heads our way on Tuesday, but a dry east wind will keep the daylight hours mainly dry. Highs will be restricted to the mid 50s, and that raw east wind will give the air even more bite. A better chance for rain (and rumbles) will come Tuesday night as a warm front approaches. Behind this front, temps will surge into the upper 70s on Wednesday!
70s and 80s remain in the forecast for later in the week, but the active weather pattern sticks around, too. Click here to see your rain chances over the next week.
